Enhancements: Added an option to turn off the ability to close programs via tapping & holding its icon on the taskbar. Bugs Fixed: Fixed the button press issues on VGA WM2003SE devices; When the system is waiting for a password, the OK button now functions properly; Fixed a bug where the start menu's path could not be relocated to another directory; Fixed a lockup that was caused by assigning the program to a hard button on the iPaq 47xx; The items in the settings submenu (in the default start menu path) are now added to the control panel items correctly. Also, the settings folder is hidden from the main start menu; Fixed some rendering issues in the menubars on VGA WM2003SE devices; Fixed a bug in the volume slider where setting it all the way to 0 could cause it read as maximum volume.
