SL-669 leaking sealing agent is a kind of single-liquid RoHS nontoxic agent which use TDI to be base material. While working with water, it will expend quickly to fill in cracks or comb to seal water. After mixed with water, the generated chemical reaction thus produces CO2 to make expansion in volume, which is along with a bigger expansion pressure, widen expansion scope. Ultimately, the mixture generates a polymer which does not dissolve in water, has a certain intensity. The high effective pouring material is prior to other chemical pouring materials such as polyacrylamide, water glass, lignan, and phenolic resin, so it is widely used in the anchorages, reinforce and sealing of building engineering. The main material of SL-669 is TDI, it can used in ground improvement, like sand layer, sinking layer. To prevent this kind of situation, SL-699 can mix totally with sand to solidify, and form a gel flex subject. While digging, the work of SL-699 can prevent sand sinking.

SL-699 is hydrophilicity, single-liquid foaming polyurethane product. While working with water, it can expand quickly to block cracks to seal water. Also, it can use with low amount of catalyzer to adjust foaming speed to seal water. After reacting with water, SL-699 will form a water-sealing gel, has the function of sealing water and filling cracks. Can mix with water in the ration of 1:1, 1:5, even 1:12.

Hardening Characterization

The mixing percentage of water-sealing agent, water, and temperature affects solidifying time and intensity and gel subject contracting phenomenon much. Water amount and time of solidifying is in direct proportion, water amount and the intensity of gel subject show inverse proportion. Temperature and solidifying time shows inverse proportion, but in direct proportion with the intensity of gel subject. A simple test can be done before using to reach a maximum efficiency.
