1. Cleanroom Swabs

Cleanfoam head,polypropylene handles.

Clean swabs are exceptionally pure for precision cleaning, surface sampling, applying lubricants and other liquids and validation procedures. We offers an extensive range of high quality knitteda polyester, reticulated and non-eticulated foam, and nonwoven polyester tip materials to choose from.

Advantages:

1.Knitted polyester or spange heads,packing in class 10.

2.Perimeter edges heats-sealed to prevent fiber release.

3.Ultralow particle generation and remains.

4.Good chemical resistant and ideal for use with a wide range of cleaning solvents and solution such as IPA.

5.Highly absorbent and removing excess materials.

6.Plastic polymer handles soft and elasticity,not easily to broken off,and will not scratch the sensitive surface.

Package:

Clean swab are double bagged in cleanroom bags manufactured from high purity polyethelene resin that insures ultra-low organic and inorganic residues. Bags are free from silicone, amides, and DP and comply with RoHS directives. An easy tear notch and solvent resistant inner pack labels insure ease of use.

ESD PU/PVC FOOTWEAR is composed of electrostatic dissipation material PU or PVC soles and formed with the PVC and PU leather vamp by One-piece injection. It’s fashionable and nice, has a stable performance, and it’s a HAD system based on kinematics and physiological. It’s light and wear comfortable. Vamps can be made of anti-static cloth, canvas, PU, PVC, etc according to the customers’ requirement. Suitable for static sensitive areas and the general clean room use.
