Gasmet™ CX4000 is used in continuous emissions monitoring, process control and other applications where multiple gas compounds need to be monitored with great accuracy. Typical example is continuous emissions monitoring in waste incineration plants and cement kilns.

Gasmet™ CX4000 FTIR gas analysers are operated by an external industrial computer that operates Calcmet™ - software. Measurement results on stored on the computer and can be also transmitted through analog or digital outputs.

Sample cell heating (180 C) ensures even high water vapour concentrations or corrosive gases will not pose a problem. Gasmet™ CX4000 has both TÜV (17th BlmSchV) and MCERTS certificates. The analyzer is also compliant with U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 Appendix b Performance Specification 15.

Gasmet™ CX4000 is an integral part of the Gasmet™ Continuous Emissions Measurement System (CEMS).

Gasmet™ FCX is a wall-mounted gas analyser which combines the Gasmet™ Cx-series analyser with a built-in computer in a dust and moisture protected cabinet. The FCX – series analyzers are especially well suited for process gas monitoring or workplace air quality measurements.

Different sample cells are available, allowing the FCX – series to be used in a variety of different applications. Sample cell temperature can be either 50 °C (ambient air measurements) or 180 °C (process gas analysis).

Analysis results can be transmitted through galvanic isolated analog outputs (4-20 mA or 0-10 V) or digital protocols (MODBUS, PROFIBUS etc.). Relay controlled multipoint sampling system is also available for applications, where multiple sample points need to be monitored.

Gasmet™ In-Situ analyser consists of a sample cell inserted into the stack or duct, heated steel mounting flange and the rugged GICCOR™ interferometer unit in an IP65 enclosure that is directly attached to the flange.

Gasmet™ In-Situ offers a cost-effective alternative for extractive systems in continuous emissions & process monitoring where multiple compounds are monitored. Typically, concentrations of H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4 are continuously monitored with a single Gasmet™ In-Situ. In addition, different VOC’s can be measured as individual compounds. There is no need for any span calibrations; only zero calibration with instrument air every 24 hours. Measurement results can be transmitted with analog 4 – 20 mA signals or with a digital protocol (MODBUS, PROFIBUS etc.).

By combining powerful FTIR technology with rugged in-stack measurement cell, the Gasmet™ In-Situ offers increased analytical capability and reduced cross-interference effects when compared with other types of in-situ analysers.
