Used mainly in the foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries, they fulfil the highest sanitary requirements. The modular construction enables CSF to provide the most suitable pump. Optimised performance and low NPSH requirements are integral to the design of CSA Series pumps.

ASH Series pumps are approved to the latest US 3A sanitary standards; ideal for systems where compliance to the most strict hygiene regulations is essential. The ability of ASH pumps to repeatedly create a vacuum makes them ideal for applications where air or gas is entrained in the pumped liquid − Perfect for CIP scavenge and duties where the inlet pipework is only partially filed with fluid, including foaming products. Manufactured for a wide range of requirements in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical process sector. This market leading design includes the latest technologies and construction materials.

Air-operated piston pumps

The CSF Inox Spa pneumatic piston pumps are available in different executions, according to the construction characteristics, materials and different uses for which they are intended. They meet the most various handling requirements of products with extremely high viscosity. Designed for pouring, feeding, spraying, transporting, for circulation systems and where an adjustable capacity is required. Since they are fed by compressed air, they are also suitable for explosion-proof environments.

Progressive Cavity Pumps

The eccentric screw pumps are positive-displacement self-priming pumps with a single rotating axis. Steel rotor and rubber stator are the main elements for pumping. Their strong point is to move the product delicately and constantly. Suitable for handling low-viscosity products like wine or must, high-viscosity products and also products with solid particles in suspension, without compromising the proper operation.
