■ Features
・ Compact and space-saving installation　
・ Highly accurate relief pressure because of the small difference 0between the opening and closing pressures.
・ Relief pressures outside the standard setting range can be set for special applications .
(Setting range: 30 ? 300 kPa)

■ Applications
・ A place in which delicate relief pressure is required at low pressure and flow
・ A place in which high repeatability of relief pressure is required.
* The relief pressure may rise when the relief valve is left standing.

	Valves of high-precision relief characteristics with the body of stainless steel and the pressure cell of BF diaphragm.		Valves with the body of stainless steel, and the sealing materials that can be changed according to applications.
