SERVOFLEX Mini Food Pack (5200 Food Pack) SERVOFLEX Mini Food Pack is a small sample volume portable benchtop analyser especially designed to meet the needs of MAP/CAP testing in the food industry. Enables single or dual measurements for percent levels of oxygen and/or carbon dioxide.

For dependable quality control and checking of gas mixtures in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP):

• Suitable for measuring % levels of oxygen (O₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂)
• All sensors use non-depleting technology, maximising availability and reducing maintenance and operating costs
• Accurate, reliable and easy to use
• Customer pre-tested software offers ease of use, simple calibration and advanced features including datalogging to assist traceability
• Innovative construction gives a robust unit with a space saving footprint
• Rechargeable battery option
• A range of sampling accessories is available for taking measurement from rigid or flexible packs - including a can-piercing unit and semi-automatic extraction via an internal pump

Technology Used

Oxygen – Servomex paramagnetic transducer offers fast measurement of oxygen without the disadvantages of electrochemical or zirconia cells.

Carbon Dioxide – infrared technology using Servomex patented long life source gives a highly stable, selective and low maintenance measurement.

• Calibration tracking enables password protected record of time since last calibration to assist traceability

SERVOFLEX MiniHD (5200 HD) The SERVOFLEX MiniHD portable gas analyser is a rugged, heavy duty analyser designed to accurately measure the composition of common gas mixtures, while in field locations or light industrial applications.

• Suitable for accurately measuring levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide
• All sensors use non-depleting technologies, ensuring the unit is always ready for use
• Robust IP65 construction that meets the demanding needs of field location analysis
• A range of sampling options to meet individual user requirements

Technology Used

Oxygen – a choice of two Servomex paramagnetic transducers (standard or high accuracy), both offering fast, selective measurement of oxygen without the disadvantages of electrochemical or zirconia cells.

Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide – Single beam, single wavelength infrared technology using Servomex’s patented long life source gives a highly stable, selective and low maintenance measurement.
