Hepa Box - Thiết Bị Ngành Lạnh

The HEPA box is normally installed at the ceiling terminal of cleanroom in order to attain desired cleanliness and laminar air flow. The HEPA box is designed to be ducted directly from the AHU and the air flow is controlled by a damper located at the air inlet collar. The HEPA filter installed in the HEPA box can easily be maintained from the room side or plenum side. The casing of the HEPA box is constructed by epoxy powder coated electro-galvanised steel sheet or stainless steel. The HEPA also also equiped with perforated diffuser which assist in creating laminar air flow.

• Buzzer - A Buzzer can be added to the air shower pass box to inform the another personnel at the other side of the pass box that the item is already pass into the pass box and it is ready to be tranfered at the another side of pass box.
• Indicating Light - The indicating light is used as signal to show whether the door at another side is open or close. Usually the signal shows the door is opened when light is on and vice versa.
• Intercall - The intercall also can be installed at the air shower for communication purpose
