Hôm nay Ecozen xin trân trọng giới thiệu đến quý khách hàng về loại bơm áp suất  (PRESSURE OPERATED PUMP) được sử dụng phổ biến trong hệ thống thu hồi nước ngưng (condensate).

Giới thiệu: Bơm áp suất (Pressure operated pump) là thiết bị dùng để bơm hoặc vận chuyển các chất lỏng như là nước ngưng (condensate), dầu (oils) và một số chất lỏng không ăn mòn khác đến một vị trí cao hơn.

Cấu tạo và nguyên lý hoạt động của bơm hoàn toàn là cơ khí, hoạt động bằng chính áp suất hơi (steam) hoặc khí nén (compressed air) mà không cần phải cấp thêm nguồn điện như các loại bơm điện. Chính vì thế mà bơm áp suất có các ưu điểm vượt trội như:

-      Thay thế hiệu quả cho các loại bơm điện với cùng công suất.

-      Hiệu suất cao, không cần sử dụng nguồn điện.

-      Khả năng tự vận hành cao.

-      Chi phí tiết kiệm hơn so với các loại bơm điện

-      Tuổi thọ cao.

-      Kiểm soát lưu lượng dễ dàng và chính xác thông qua một bộ đếm (Stroke counter) đếm số lần bơm.

DESCRIPTION / Mô tả:

The ADCAMAT POP, POP LC, POP-S, PPO-14, POPK-S, POPK-SD, POPK-ST (Pressure Operated Pump) fabricated carbon steel (stainless steel on request) is recommended in the transfer of high-temperature liquids such as condensate, oils and other liquids to a higher elevation or pressure. The pump starts when there is something to pump andstops when there isn’t. Under certain conditions, it can drain a closed vessel under vacuum or pressure. The pump can be operated by steam, compressed air or gas and can be used for lifting any kind of no corrosive liquids. Connections are flanged or female screwed (with screwed flanges).

FUNCTION / Chức năng:

Liquid flows by gravity into the pump through an inlet check valve lifting a float which, at the upperlimit of its travel, opens the supply valve which allows steam or compressed air to enter the pump body. Pressure in the pump builds up until just sufficient to overcome back pressure.

The pressurized liquid opens the outlet check valve and discharge commences. When the float reaches the minimum lower level it closes the steam or compressed air supply valve and opens the vent, allowing the liquid to fill the pump again.

As the amount of liquid discharged at each stroke is known, the total volume passed during a given period can be calculated by counting the number of strokes during that period. For this purpose a special counter is available which screws into a tapped connection on the top cover of the pump. This counter records the number ofpumping strokes thus enabling the pump to function as a reliable flow meter.
