The manual chucks with jaw quick-change system ROTA-S plus (angled serrated base jaws) ensure optimum results in workpiece clamping, especially on cyclecontrolled lathes. The wedge bar actuation system ensures high precision, run-out and clamping repeatability as well as the highest clamping forces. 
Due to the quick-change system of the chuck jaws, no rework of jaws is necessary after jaw change.

The new ROTA-S plus 2.0 replaces the most-purchased hand-operated chuck from SCHUNK in sizes 160 - 315 mm. The collet bar drive was optimized for constantly high clamping forces and a quick-change jaw system enables fast and easy jaw changing in less than one minute. A new feature is the optional modular protection sleeve system. With a closed protection sleeve or depth stop, the ROTA-S plus 2.0 can be adapted very quickly and optimally to the clamping task. The highlight of this system is the manual arbor, which is driven by the chuck jaws. This enables high-precision clamping of even small inner diameters.
