The expense of power consumption is usually counted by the generator according to its contracted capacity. Once the power demand is higher than the contracted capacity, two times of overload fine will be counted when within 10% of ultra power consumption, and three tims of overload fine will be counted when above 10% of ultra power consumption.
.The main purpose of demand-control is to restrict the total amount for power demand. When the total power demand is higher than the contraced capacity, to lessen the power consumption, parts of facilities could be shut down or keep them operating with low power loading so as to prevent any penalty on ultra power consumption and to decrease the expense. |
