Model: HD2

Hopper dryer is a ventilation typed device that dries resins with hot air. The hot air of high pressure rises as it goes in between resins and thus, is capable of uniformed drying in a short duration.

1.Reliable

Air drawn in by the blower goes through the heater of a rectified flow and is spread evenly from the discharge port. Hence, difference between the set and actual temperature is being minimized.
Matsui''s original diffuser cone prevents short passing of materials.

2.Safe

The voltage tripping breaker (SHT type) trips upon overheating. A preventive device for external overheating comes together as an independent safety device from the temperature controller.

Model: PO

PO is a box type dryer of 10 to 30 batch-type containers (vat). It is possible to dry varieties of small volume material.

JL4 is a vacuum type loader that feeds materials automatically. Adequate receiving hopper can be chosen accordingly to support from 2 to 6 ends of the conveyor belt.

Model: PLP

Matsui''s "Pellet Liner" (PLP) is of only 16mm in diameter. (Super high polymeric volume PE tube. Inner diameter: 13 mm; Outer Diameter: 16mm) PLP supports small volume of conveyance, saves space and allow great flexibility. PLP helps to create a clean and easy to maintain factory.

Compact

Sectional area of PLP’s tube (φ13) is only 1/8 of regular PVC hose(φ38). It is highly flexible and does not take up space.

Stable Conveyance

Uses ultra high molecular weight polyethylene tube that is resistant to friction and has a smooth surface for excellent conveyance.

Air-cooled Closed Circuit Water Cooling System Ecobrid supplied by Matsui is an Air cooled Closed type Water Cooling System that has high functionality, cost efficient and environmental friendly. 5000 sets are already in operation with satisfactory results.

1.Energy saving  

Saves energy by optimizing the operation of the system. The DC Brushless Motor drives the die-cast aluminum axial fans. This saves mores than 30% of energy consumed as compared to the regular system. The aluminum made fans are more durable and does not require maintenance. In addition, noise level during operation is being controlled under 57db.

2.Easy maintenance

An air-cooling system that uses the cooling fan to cool the air. When external temperature exceeds 30C, the cooling fan will operate at full speed to atomize the external water into the adiabatic chamber. Hence, water will not be in direct contact with the heat exchanger. Water in the system is being drained out automatically without using valves. This prevents freezing and cracking of pipes during resting periods of the factory when external temperature falls below 0C. This system can be used even in lines that propylene glycol cannot be used.

2. Recycling of regrind material

Model: JCT-PP

A simple and compact blender for a small-sized molding factory. Simple yet high performance design of 2-points measuring cup type mass gates.

1.High Performance

●The 2-point measuring cup type mass gates measures both the main resin and regrind material using a single air cylinder. (Patent No.3754400, 3754399)
●DIGI-PECA allows measured materials to be conveyed via the conveying hose, eliminating the need for signal cables.

2.Compact

●Putting material tank and measuring part into a single unit, with a depth of only 522mm, the compact design allows it to be placed next to the molding machine.

JCT-SS is a compact measuring blender that uses synchronous measuring method.

1.     Low speed Granulator

A low speed granulator which can be cleaned safely and thoroughly in a single step. The new pivot link structure enhances the access for cleaning.

Model: MGL2-TPE

MGL2-TPE is a low speed granulator which is easy to clean and maintain, especially made for "Soft materials". The absence of the screen prevents excessive granulation and mis-cuts, thereby maintaining a size like that of "New Pellet Chip".

4.     Shredding and Granulating Machine Hybrid

Model: PF72

Is a hybrid type of shredder shredding and granulating to do at once. In the shielding rotor with a large bosom, and then fed to the shredding blade finish to ensure the thing caught up once. In the slow shredder, and could not be shredded is now available for granulating.
