Outlet relief valve : Set at 6,500 psig.
Air drive pressure : 150 psig maximum
Scope Of Supply:
Air driven CNG gas booster system comprising:
- Haskel air driven gas booster model AGD-30
- Air drive controls including air filter, air drive pressure regulator,
regulated air pressure gauge and speed control on/off valve.
- Gas inlet and outlet filters, 5 micron nominal.
- Inlet pressure gauge safety case pattern, dual scale 0 - 5,000 psig/barg.
- Outlet pressure gauge safety case pattern, dual scale 0-10,000 psig/barg.
- Inlet air pilot switch set to stop the booster if the gas inlet pressure drops
below 1,000 psig.
- Outlet remoteset air pilot switch with pilot regulator and gauge,
set to stop the booster when the outlet pressure reaches 6,000 psig.
- Pressure relief valve on system outlet set at 6,500 psig.
- All booster vents, relief valve and vent valve outlets piped to a common
port for routing to a safe ventilated area.
- All mounted in an open tubular steel frame with sloping control panel.
- The frame will be painted RAL 5017 (blue).
- Approximate overall dimensions 767mm wide x 356mm deep x 566mm high.
- Air drive inlet connection ½" NPT female
- Gas inlet connection ¼" NPT female
- Gas outlet connection ¼" NPT female
- Gas vent port connection ¼" NPT female

The system proposed shall be supplied with one copy of the following documentation.
Any requests for additional documentation will be charged as extra.
Installation Operation & Maintenance Manual including:
- General Arrangement Drawing
- P&ID
- Test Report - Functional pressure test only.
- Declaration of Conformity
