Khi tôi in ra máy in cắm cổng USB thì rất hay gặp thông báo "Problem communicating with the printer" mặc dù tôi đã cài lại Driver đầy đủ

1. Bấm Start --> chọn Run --> gõ devmgmt.msc --> bấm
2. Cửa sổ Device Manager mở ra --> bấm chọn Universal Serial Bus controllers --> bấm chuột phải vào USB Root Hub --> chọn Properties.
4. Chọn tab Power Management --> bỏ đánh dấu tích của phần
Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
5. Bấm OK --> khởi động lại máy tính
