Em cứ thắc mắc ko biết cái cổng usb powered của máy dell latitude d430 để làm gì vậy ạ? Và cái cổng trên cái cổng usb powered nữa?

Vấn đề là em đọc rồi nhưng ko hiểu. Có bác nào giải thích hộ em ko ạ? Cảm ơn các bác nhiều!
